SERVES: 1 TIME: 5 minutes Recipe credit: HappyHealthyMe Ingredients 1/2 cup ragi flour 1/4 cup rice flour 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 1 Tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 sprig curry leaves Oil as needed Hot water Method Mix together ragi and rice flours with hot water to form a thin batter. Ensure there are no lumps. Add onions, green chilies, coriander, curry leaves and salt to taste. Heat a dosa tawa, pour the batter and spread like a regular dosa. Drizzle a teaspoon of oil around the dosa. It takes a little time to cook. Flip and cook the other side. Remove from tawa and serve immediately with chutney.
