SERVES: 1 TIME: 5 minutes Recipe credit: HappyHealthyMe Ingredients 1/4 cup proso millet 1/4 cup chopped cashews 1/4 cup raisins 2 cups jaggery powder 5 cups water 1 tsp cardamom powder 2 Tbsp ghee 2 cups coconut mylk Method Wash the Proso millet and drain the water. Fry the cashews and raisins in ghee and keep it aside. In a pressure cooker, add the water and let it boil. Then add the millet and pressure cook for 2 whistles or until done. Once the steam settles, open the cooker and add jaggery powder, fried cashews and raisins and cardamom powder. Once it is properly combined, add the coconut mylk and gently mix on a low flame. Remove from flame and serve hot or cold.
