SERVES: 1 TIME: 5 minutes Recipe credit: HappyHealthyMe Ingredients 1 cup HappyHealthyMe Harvest Beans 1/2 cup brown rice 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 full garlic 5-6 dried red chilis Salt to taste Oil as needed Method Soak the harvest beans and rice overnight. Coarsely grind with water, cumin seeds, garlic and red chilis until it resembles dosa batter consistency. Add salt and set aside. Heat a well-seasoned cast iron pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread. Use a little oil and cook on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
