Ingredients 1 1/2 cups mylk of your choice1/2 cup HappyHealthyMe chia seeds 1-2 tbsp HappyHealthyMe Liquid Jaggery 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Fruit toppings of your choice ( strawberry, Mango, Banana) Method Whisk all ingredients except the fruit in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight or at least for 6 hours. The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. Top the pudding with fruit of your choice or make a layered pudding with one layer of fruit and chia mixture alternatively.
