Ingredients 2 Tbsp ground flax seed 6 Tbsp water 1/2 cup HappyHealthyMe creamy almond butter 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp HappyHealthyMe coconut oil melted 3/4 cup HappyHealthyMe Raw Cacao Powder 1/2 cup finely ground almond flour 2/3 cup HappyHealthyMe Coconut Sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips Method Prepare flax eggs ( mix flax seed Powder and water) in a small bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare a baking tray. Mix Flax egg, Almond Butter and coconut oil and beat until they are well incorporated and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and continue beating until well-combined. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth into an even layer. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until baked evenly. Remove from the oven and allow brownies to sit for 30 minutes before releasing them from the tray.
