Palak Multi-Grain Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup HappyHealthyMe Signature Blend Harmony Multigrain Flour
  • 3/4 cup spinach puree
  • 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 mashed boiled potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

  • Knead the flours with salt, ginger garlic paste, spinach puree and a little water. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep aside for half an hour. Mix potatoes, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, cumin and salt.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and roll our small discs. Stuff them with the potato mixture and close the tips. Roll them gently like parathas and cook on a flat pan with a little oil. Serve hot with curds.
