Methi Salad

  • 1 bunch methi leaves
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts (remove skin)
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp cold-pressed sunflower oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste


  • Remove the stems from the methi leaves. Wash them thoroughly and keep aside.
  • Slice the onion and keep aside. Coarsely crush the peanuts in a mortar and pestle.Combine the methi leaves, onions and peanuts in a large bowl. Add the juice of 1 lime, oil and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
