Harvest Beans Dosa

  • 1 cup HappyHealthyMe Harvest Beans
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 full garlic
  • 5-6 dried red chilis
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed


  • Soak the harvest beans and rice overnight. Coarsely grind with water, cumin seeds, garlic and red chilis until it resembles dosa batter consistency. Add salt and set aside.
  • Heat a well-seasoned cast iron pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread. Use a little oil and cook on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
