Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 spinach leaves
  • 150 ml mylk of choice (e.g. almond or coconut)
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp amla powder
  • OR 1 tbsp Invincible Supergreens
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 ripe Yellaki Bananas
  • Optional - 1 Tablespoon virgin coconut oil / nut butter of choice
  • Add a few cubes of ice

Directions

  • Blend together in a high-speed blender. Pour into a tall glass and drink away.
