Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut mylk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup liquid jaggery
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp banana chopped
  • 1 tsp pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Method

  • Mix together coconut mylk, chia seeds, liquid jaggery and cinnamon powder..
  • In a bowl, add the almond butter at the bottom. Add the chia seed mixture and refrigerate overnight so it sets.
  • Top with bananas and pomegranate. Serve chilled.
